Forget Monopoly, okay? Only losers play that tired old joke of a game. Like, who uses cash to buy hotels? That's what debt is for. Preferably someone else's debt, right? Of course I'm right.

There's never been a better game than this when it comes to learning about property acquisition, real estate development, and getting your face on the box. Probably never a better game, period. At least, that's what people are saying. Many, many people. The best people.
